Elke is a self-confessed foodie that has been immersed in foodservice for over 30 years since leaving school to train as a chef.  Since then she has experienced first-hand many of the industry’s facets across most of its sectors and set up Talking Food (so named because that’s all that she seems to do) to exploit her practical experience, in the support of clients that include well-known, global brands and local, start-up businesses.  Elke’s wealth of knowledge, combined with a passion for all things food and drink and extensive media contacts means Talking Food is uniquely placed to advise clients on the most viable channels for their PR messages.
