We deliver our clients’ dreams. Nina & Co. offer a range of services tailored to each client’s specific needs. Whether you are carrying out a minor refurbishment or a multi-million pound new build we can provide robust advice and support you through your development.
To date Nina & Co. has worked on 25 projects ranging in size and complexity from £75k to £31m in value. We work with a range of contractors who specialise in design, fit out and build and specialist kitchen, bar and cellar companies to develop efficient and cost effective back of house services that deliver your concept. Combining our expertise in new concept development we provide a very hands-on approach.

We provide the following services:
Support throughout the design phase:
Attending design meetings and offering advice throughout
Front of house design and specification
Back of house design and specification including bars, cellars, kitchen and storage
Providing drawings, service specifications and other essential information needed by the main contractor, architect, main Project Manager and M&E (kitchens, bars, cellars and gyms in particular)
Providing detailed costs for budgeting purposes and realistic cost savings if VE is required
Support through the tendering process:
Recommending specialist contractors
Working with the QS and specialist kitchen and bar contractors to develop the schedule of works and/or tender documentation
Supporting the tenderers throughout the tender process
Developing tender assessment frameworks
Support through the build phase:
Project management of the sub contractors (bar, kitchen and cellar etc.) in conjunction with the main Project ManagerAttending site meetings
Trouble shooting and providing advice
Supporting the client and ensuring their best interests

Rebranding, communications, concept development, and project management
To Create a new union identity which would speak more succinctly to all of the customer groups and embrace UWLSU’s brand values Develop a full communications package for the new SU building including signage
Concept development for the bar & 60s cafe
Project management of the build aspects on behalf of the SU and 10 sub contractors
Objective: To create an amazing new students’ union on every level
Result: New branding that delivers and an amazing new building that inspires everyone.
If I had to sum up Nina’s work in one word, it would be simply AWESOME! Nina didn’t start working with us until quite late in the project (3 months before we were due to open) but in that time, she managed to rebrand our students’ union, develop 2 concepts and their brands, and fully project manage the whole of our build with over 10 sub contractors, the main contractor and the University.
The results? Well we have THE most amazing students’ union, fantastic concepts that are exceeding our expectations in terms of sales and design, but more importantly we have an SU that everyone loves and is immensely proud of. If you need to rebrand or redevelop your concepts, you MUST go to Nina!
