Bedfordshire Students’ Union – Capital Development Project
Working across two campuses in very short timescales (3 months) our objectives were to reduce declining sales, introduce new food offers despite strict restrictions from the incumbent caterer, and create new environments that would appeal to a broader spectrum of the student community.
