SUBU wanted to refurbish Dylan’s bar so that it would appeal to a broader spectrum of the student community, have more of a food bias and of course increase sales and profitability.

Results
“Our commercial team had previously worked with Nina very briefly on a small scale project.
For this £75k refurbishment we decided that we should forget any notion that we knew what we were doing, especially as there has been a significant shift from drink sales to food. Nina was charged with carrying out the research and then (most importantly) translating that into a workable concept. There are always glitches along the way with these things but Nina always took them in her stride, never lost faith in her own ability or in ours.
