CCSU – Capital Development Project: New Student Hub

Brief

Convert a small sports facility into an extremely exciting new SU Hub on the Canterbury campus, allowing CCSU to move from the Medway campus to the heart of the University.

This brief also included creating a much needed social learning and activity space, which also included a community kitchen offering free coffee, tea, toast, biscuits and a food bank for all students, and of course the new home for the CCSU Team.

• Fully support advise CCSU throughout the project from start to finish.
• Liaise with the Estates team, architect and build works contractor throughout.
• Design support throughout with our designers.
• Full project management of the fit-out stage.
• Budget management.

Results
