“Early in 2016 Northumbria Students’ Union made a decision to take back ‘in-house’ the catering service provide by its University. Nina Musgrave was initially engaged to undertake an options appraisal on this and subsequently undertook a business review in October 2016 to help the Students’ Union to maximise the quality, operational efficiency and profitability of the business.
Nina has been an outstanding consultant providing clear advice that has made a real difference to our success so far and also provided great ideas for further business development work. We continue to work with Nina as the business is transformed from a low quality, poor customer experience and substantial loss making University service into a growing, high quality, customer focussed and financially sustainable service for Northumbria students and staff.”
