Salford Students’ Union – Atmosphere Bar Capital Development Project, Concept and Food Development, Design

To say that Bar Yours was extremely dated would be a bit of an understatement. Both food and wet sales were on a downward trend, which needed to be reversed. By embracing Salford’s amazing music history we developed Atmosphere Kitchen & Bar and Cafe, both which have increased sales and more importantly a much needed social hub on campus.

Brief

• Full qualitative and quantitative research across the student community.
• Business Plan development to gain capital funding from the University and ensure best ROI
• Concept and brand development including design of all marketing, signage, POS, uniforms, and sales collateral
• Working with the design & build contractor throughout RIBA Stage 4 and project management throughout RIBA Stage 5 on behalf of the Students’ Union
